Louis Rossignuolo

Louis Rossignuolo

Director
Louis brings 30 years of experience to his position as head of Altomonte Advisory Group. He served as Special Agent, Special Agent in Charge and Director of Investigations for an Inspector General’s Office of a Federal Agency for over 23 years. Prior to that, he spent 7 years as a Federal Compliance Auditor. He has significant experience working financial investigations and developing guidelines and controls. Many of his investigative models are used by other federal law enforcement agencies.

Frank Rossignuolo

Director – CPA
Frank has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years. He started his professional career working as Federal Compliance Auditor for a Federal Inspector General, conducting audits at government operations and corporations. He transferred those skills to run a professional accounting and tax office, a business which he operated over 25 years. In that role, he was responsible for assisting clients in navigating complex accounting, tax matters and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service.

Jennifer Rieger Lane

Jennifer Rieger Lane

Director – CPA
Jennifer is an experienced CPA providing services in the areas of audit, accounting and litigation advisory. While working in the Audit and Assurance Services Group at Ernst & Young, LLP, she analyzed business processes and internal controls while performing in-depth financial statement analyses to identify areas of potential risk exposure. She has extensive experience advising clients on ineffective internal controls to mitigate financial misstatement. Clients served include SEC registrants as well as closely-held domestic and foreign companies in the financial services, technology, telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, and construction industries.

She received an accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) and has provided financial advice to trial lawyers in litigious matters including economic damage analysis, breach of contract, fraud examinations, and business transaction disputes. Utilizing financial analyses techniques, she has identified and advised on lost profits, diminution of value, shareholder disputes, and other tax, corporate and litigation matters.

Jennifer has also worked in corporate finance, completed the NASD Series 7 and 63 exams, and provided advisory services and developed models for sell vs. retain strategy, acquisition and divestiture for companies seeking to maximize shareholder value.

Adam M. Suits

Director – Esq.
Adam has over 30 years of professional legal and investigative experience. He started his career as an attorney in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps where he prosecuted felony cases, handling all stages of criminal investigation and trials. He next worked in the insurance industry where he investigated, evaluated and settled complex casualty claims and managed ongoing civil litigation. He then had a stint as an insurance claims’ investigator for a private investigation firm.

After a brief time with the United States Customs Service, Adam joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent where he served 15 years as an Associate Division Counsel and criminal investigator in New York City. This was followed by extensive work for a Federal Inspector General’s Office where he investigated complex federal frauds against government programs. Most recently, he worked in the Corporate Security division of IBM as a senior security specialist conducting a wide variety of investigations, including theft of IP and fraud. He also provided IBM with ongoing risk assessments and best practices for prevention and detection of insider threats.

George Quinlan

Director
As an FBI Special Agent for more than two decades, George acquired extensive investigative acumen in areas including: violent crime, Russian organized crime, foreign counter Intelligence, Joint Terrorism Task Force, crisis negotiation, Transnational Caribbean Organized Crime, non-verbal communication, environmental crime, cold-case investigations, and criminal profiling. In addition, he served the FBI in several managerial and leadership positions including: legal attaché (Legat) in Haiti, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic; Squad Supervisor of FBI-El Paso’s Cyber Criminal and Nation-State Computer Intrusion investigations, Computer Analysis Retrieval Team (CART), and technical squad, and FBIHQ Program Manager for FBI-NY’s La Cosa Nostra (LCN) investigations.

George earned his United States Intelligence Community (USIC) Joint Duty Pin as a result of his extensive collaboration with the agencies that comprise the USIC. While assigned overseas, he recruited several command-level police officers to attend the FBI’s prestigious National Academy. He also served as a class counselor at the National Academy and as FBI-certified Crisis Negotiator and adjunct instructor in Sports Gambling and Caribbean Organized Crime. George serves as an adjunct professor in the National Security Studies Institute at the University of Texas at El Paso where he teaches a course on “Crime and Border Security.”
